Principal Investigator oversight is central to our approach. The clinic is being organized to support close medical review, protocol-specific decision-making, safety awareness, and consistent communication across the study team.
Coordination and Workflow
Study coordination is being designed to support informed consent, visit scheduling, source documentation, participant follow-up, and day-to-day study execution. The goal is to create a workflow that is organized, responsive, and practical for both routine and higher-complexity studies.
Site Operations
Operational support is being aligned around the core activities that matter most to sponsors and CROs: startup readiness, visit flow, documentation quality, sample handling, investigational product support, and timely communication.docs.oracle+1
Facility Support
The clinical environment is intended to support both routine outpatient visits and procedure-oriented protocols. This includes space for assessments, documentation, participant flow, and sponsor/CRO monitoring activity.
